The Bucket List stars Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman in a touching story about friendship, family and finding the joy in life.
Edward Cole (Nicholson) is a corporate billionaire who is currently sharing a hospital room with blue-collar mechanic Carter Chambers (Freeman). Though initially the pair seems to have nothing in common, conversation gradually reveals that both men have a long list of goals they wish to accomplish before they 'kick the bucket'. But one can't accomplish such lofty objectives from the confines of a hospital bed, so now in order to live their lives to the absolute fullest Edward and Carter will have to make a break for it!

I just found this rather tedious and boring. The storyline especially the relationship between Nicholson and his grand-daughter in was so predictable. Freeman and Nicholson tried to breathe some life into their characters but the film made me want to kick the bucket.
Amazing film!!

This is one of the best films I have seen in a long time. It is both funny and touching.
It is about how 2 men from very different walks of life meet in a hospital cancer ward. At first they dont talk much but as time goes by they get to know each other better. Then when both are given less than a year to live they decide to embark on what they call the bucket list, a list of things to do before you "kick the bucket" lol.
It takes them across the world and along the way Morgan Freeman teaches some lessons on what truly is important in life, like family and Jack Nicholson gives Morgan Freeman the opportunity to fulfill dreams he felt he missed out on in his younger life.
Unmissable!
A moving film which has wonderful acting from it's leads!
