If your like me an you find that when you do sit-ups your back KILLS then this is perfect, you get that solid feel of a workout and you don't have to strain your body, the best part is that my dad is always moaning that I should do more excerise and get off my PSP, he's well annoyed now cause i'm chillin out on the sofa, eating chessy puffs, playin my PSP and WORKING OUT, it's AWESOME!
Im writing this review with it on my arm now!

its actually such a weird feeling, It tickles more than anything, you can feel it working though, for a fiver i would say you got to give it a go!

i started using the belt as soon as i got it and for the first few weeks it was great you could feel it working, but after the first battery ran out of power, the belt didn't seem to work with the second battery and i haven't been able to get it working since.
Its a great purchase but don't get you hopes up on it lasting long
