Packaging may be a bit naff but the product is good and more than you would expect for a fiver!

Alot of people buy this expecting it to magicly create abs, the truth is if ur getting this to get rid of alittle bit of fat, don't buy it.. it's for people who have already got there weight down and diet right. If you already have a flatish stumach and want to get some abs, or u already have a bit of a 6 pac, this will drematically improve them. You do have to get used to it, at first like level 3 AND 4 feel a lil mental really "vibrating" ur abs, but after like 10mins, i was able to put it up to like 5 or 6 and was getting good contractions without doing anything, my abs felt worked.. i'm sure they will be hurting tomorow morning, i will use every evening. so yes this thing does work, you only get a small tube of gel, don't no what ill use after. you get 2 batteries, only one required so a spare one,. for £5 it's really good, i suppose time will be the real test, but just for now i think it's very good.

I bought this thinkin it was a cheap way to tone up, i would recommend any1 who is thinkin of buyin this not 2, this was totally a waste of 5 pounds, the only thing this gadget does is make your skin red and burns the hell out of it.

At first i was abit unsure if i should buy this item and then i though £5 why not. Arrived in 2 days, the box it was in look like something from the 80's but i did not mind. Put on the gel and then on it went, then i rembered reading a review which said make sure u read the instructions so i did, pretty easy to read, different colour lights or combination for different effects. I put it on didnt feel much so i turned it up then my muscles started contracting really fast, was a weird feeling at first but then it was fine. I thought why not change to a different mode "stop" i turned to different mode and i neally done a back flip! Make sure you turn the power down and off before switching modes! And be careful not to tap it to much as it will fly up on its own accord. ( I think if u tap it twice within quick sucsession it goes to max setting)

Had it for about 2 weeks, recommended usage is 20mins a day, i use it for about 1-2 hour a day, already feeling and looking different, girlfriends noticed it too!

The belt felt good and you can see the muscles contracting. But it only contracts one side of my abdomain. I dont know if this is a faul or just how it works.

Mine, so far is going quite well and it is immencley powerfull i was lieing on my bed using it and it turned it self right up on its own...

It threw me off my bed. But it was funny. I laughed at my self on my own later and then was too scared to try it again later but i didnt send off a girlish shreak like the person below me. It is pretty good. And befor using it i do highly recommend reading the instructions befor you put it on or you might be too scared to use it again like me even thogh i did read the instructions first.

I got this product thinking it wasn't going to be good for the price. I put it on at a low level and felt nothing, after whacking it up my entire stomach cramped up and i let out a very girly scream. I advice reading the instructions and leveling up gradualy!!

But for a £5 its a very good item and you cant go wrong!!

Straight out of the box never worked thought about sending it back or getting a replacement but couldn't be bothered with the fuss. Looks really cheapy and naff well what do you expect for a fiver

I have tried the toning belt on ever setting and even on the lowest it is steel extremly painful and there isnt much difference between the settings, i tried it on a few of my friends to check it wasnt just me and they all had the same reaction. The idea behind it is good its just getting used to the intense pain when being used.

I don't regret buying this product at all. Yeah, it does crunch your belly but thats what the product is there for. To flow away your fat, a little bit of pain is essential. I'm not sure whether it will get me a nice 6 packs but i ensure that i does help me to lose couple of fat. Besides, its just cost you fiver.
