A great toy for anyone who was disappointed by the original torch-and-plastic-tube Star Wars lightsabres from the 1970s. I'm glad that I waited until my 40s before buying this elegant
weapon! The handle is a beautifully crafted and weighty replica of Darth Vader's personal weapon. The blade glows a bright crimson and the sounds are wonderfully atmospheric. I turn mine on and find myself muttering "Your powers are weak, old man" as I whirl it around. My only criticism is that the speaker in the handle is a bit underpowered and weedy but this is a minor niggle. All in all, a great value replica for die-hard Star Wars fans and a good laugh for the rest of us.
