I work in a store where we can repair mobile phones, i've seen so many of these handsets come back in with either cracked buttons or faulty screens, in a few cases the slider had even started to lock up. Not owned one personally but my mate has and said the GUI is horrible I suggest staying away from this mobile phone or your asking for trouble; a real letdown by Sony Ericsson.

I got this phone 3 months ago I fell in love with this phone but apparently there was a recall as there was a dodge batch, think I got 1. 1 month after I got it the buttons broke the battery went the screen went all funny I didn't know who was callin me. When the phone worked I was a great wee phone I will be replacing it with the same phone.

I have had this phone for 2 weeks now and it is exactly what I needed. I mainly bought this to use with Bluetooth devices and its walkman capability, so was not put off by the comments about keys breaking as I wouldn't be using it heavily. This phone integrates perfectly with my in car Bluetooth system and I can control all the dialling functions without touching the phone at all. I do agree with some comments in other reviews about the phone seeming fragile and it certainly wouldn't suit those that are heavy handed. However if you want good functionality and treat it carefully, then it's a good phone to have. I do recommend buying at least a 2GB memory card though, the 512MB with it just isn't enough for good quality MP3's.
