The show was filmed at the Westfalenhalle Arena, Dortmund, Germany during the Dance of Death European Tour in December 2003 and fully captures the magnificent stage production and electricity of the band's performance. Steve Harris once again took four months personally supervising the editing of the footage and, like 'Rock In Rio', this means thousands of cuts right into the heart of the action!

I love Iron Maiden and I'm going to see them for the third time this July. So I was excited when I finally got this dvd and put it on.
Maiden were as on form as ever and the stageshow wowed me. The only issue I have with this dvd is the choppy editing. I felt that it didn't give me the chance to focus on anything for more than a couple of seconds.
However, aside from this, it's a truly great performance from Maiden
Brilliant sound but the editing...... ???? Why ????

This is a masterpiece for all rock fans as the mighty Maiden show us how to perform a proper rock show!
On the back of, what i consider, one of their best albums comes a virtually flawless experience. The show itself brings old classics out to play with the new boys. Songs such as Wrathchild, Can I play with madness, and Hallowed be thy name join effortlessly with new ones like Journeyman, Dance of death (a particular high point for me) and the totally brilliant Paschendale. Buy this DVD! It's a must for anyone who likes their music live, lively and loud!
The extras give you an insight of how rock royalty spend their free time. Fishing, anyone?
